МЕСТО и СРОКИ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ КОНКУРСА
Три тура Конкурса пройдут в Концертном зале имени Ирины Архиповой (самый центр Москвы, рядом с Московской консерваторией) с 15 ноября 2026 года
по 24 января 2027 года. Конкурс проводится один раз в год.

ЦЕЛИ И ЗАДАЧИ
Сохранение и развитие традиций искусства симфонического дирижирования и оркестрового исполнительства, получение навыков работы с оркестром.

ФИНАНСОВЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ
Конкурс платный как и другие международные конкурсы в Европе и Соединенных Штатах Америки, но значительно дешевле западных расценок.

В особых случаях, когда Организатор видит дирижерский талант, но отсутствие возможности оплаты, то как исключение принимает участника на бесплатной основе.
Организатор Конкурса не берет на себя дорожные расходы.

УЧАСТИЕ В КОНКУРСЕ
В нем могут принять участие дирижеры и регенты без возрастных ограничений из разных стран:
практикующие регенты, желающие совершенствовать уровень своей дирижерской техники,
студенты и выпускники разных факультетов высших музыкальных учебных заведений,
практикующие дирижеры, имеющие диплом по оперно-симфоническому дирижированию,
практикующие дирижеры без оперно-симфонического образования.
Заявки участников принимаются здесь или в виде сообщения в ватсапе, телеграме или максе по рабочему телефону Столичного симфонического оркестра +79265589266. Нужно указать ФИО.
С вами свяжутся представители Оргкомитета.
Участники должны прислать на электронный адрес Оркестра csorchestra@mail.ru ссылку на видеозапись, которая должна быть размещена на YouTube, RuTube, Яндекс или Google дисках.
Требуется полное или частичное исполнение симфонического произведения с оркестром,
записанное на одну камеру во время репетиции или концерта продолжительностью от 3 до 10 минут.
Также принимается видеозапись с дирижированием без оркестра, записанная с двумя концертмейстера.

ВНИМАНИЕ!!!
ЭКСКЛЮЗИВНЫЕ ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЯ ОТ ОРГАНИЗАТОРА КОНКУРСА
Принимается видеозапись дирижирования участника, сделанная под фонограмму из Ютуба, ВКонтакте или любого другого интернет-ресурса. Организатор прекрасно осознает, как трудно найти сейчас симфонический оркестр, чтобы репетировать с ним и сделать хорошую видеозапись, поэтому искренне желает помочь участникам. В виду того, что Организатора прежде всего интересует дирижерская техника конкурсанта, условия допуска к Конкурсу делаются несколько доступнее. Наша цель, чтобы все участники, имеющие желание выступить на Конкурсе, могли это сделать.
Если видеозаписи нет, участник может связаться с Оргкомитетом через сайт Конкурса, в ватсапе, телеграме, максе и оставить заявку в отдел «Практики работы с оркестром для дирижеров» ООО «Столичный Симфонический Оркестр» по телефону +79265589266 на запись видео со Столичным симфоническим оркестром в рамках репетиции. Можно писать заявки в ВК на личную страницу Учредителя Конкурса Владимира Александровича Горбика. ... ... ... Съемочная группа сделает запись требуемого качества и выдаст видеофайл участнику, который может быть использован на этом и на других конкурсах. Приём заявок до 5 ноября 2026 года.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К УЧАСТНИКУ
Критерии оценки:
музыкальность,
знание партитуры наизусть,
умение поддерживать визуальный контакт с оркестрантами,
дирижеры должны быть с симфонической палочкой и
дирижирвать по партитуре.

ПОРЯДОК ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ КОНКУРСА

I тур 15 ноября 2026 года
К участию допускаются конкурсанты, прошедшие отбор по видеозаписям или непосредственно участвовавшие в ежемесячных мастер-классах Владимира Горбика для широкого круга дирижеров по специальной программе Столичного симфонического оркестра "Практика работы с оркестром". Для участия в I туре каждый из участников Конкурса заранее выбирает одну из четырех частей Симфонии No 44 Гайдна и сообщает об этом Оргкомитету. Конкурсант в течение 15 минут репетирует с оркестром, детально работает над нюансами, темпами, штрихами.

ВНИМАНИЕ!!!
Для тех, кому сложно приехать в Москву, предлагается, если есть такая возможность, репетировать с вашим местным оркестром и прислать 15 минут такой видеозаписи.
Поскольку это также может оказаться невозможным по причине занятости местных оркестров, то в качестве
ЭКСКЛЮЗИВНОЙ ПОДДЕРЖКИ ОТ ОРГАНИЗАТОРА предлагается записать видео вашей работы с двумя концертмейстерами над одной из частей этой Симфонии Гайдна не более, чем 15 минут и прислать его в Оргкомитет.

II тур 13 декабря 2026 года
Участник в течение 20 минут репетирует и исполняет с оркестром от начала до конца любую из четырех частей Симфонии No 33 Моцарта.

ВНИМАНИЕ!!!
Для тех, кому сложно приехать в Москву, в качестве
ЭКСКЛЮЗИВНОЙ ПОДДЕРЖКИ ОТ ОРГАНИЗАТОРА предлагается записать на видео вашу работу с двумя концертмейстерами не более, чем 20 минут и прислать в Оргкомитет эту видеозапись.

III тур 24 января 2027 года
К участию допускаются четыре участника, которые прошли на III тур. Каждый конкурсант-финалист в течение 45 минут на каждой из трех репетиций к заключительному концерту Конкурса работает над двумя частями 44 симфонии Гайдна или 33 симфонии Моцарта, выбранные им на жеребьевке, и готовится к выступлению с оркестром 24 января 2027 года в Концертном зале имени Ирины Архиповой.

Порядок выступлений участников I тура определяется жеребьевкой не менее, чем за день до выступления участников и сохраняется до конца III тура.
Жеребьевка для участия в I-ом туре проводится непосредственно после завершения процедуры открытия Конкурса.
Все туры проводятся публично.
Не позднее 5 ноября 2026 года Оргкомитет сообщает всем участникам, что они прошли на I тур.
После регистрации участников и жеребьевки изменения в конкурсной программе возможны как исключение и по согласованию с жюри.

РАБОТА ЖЮРИ
Оргкомитет выбирает состав международного жюри. Решение жюри окончательное, пересмотру и обсуждению не подлежит.
Жюри имеет право принимать решение о сокращении программы или прекращении исполнения программы конкурсантом. В случае нарушения условий Конкурса, жюри и Организатор имеют право отстранять конкурсантов от участия в конкурсе.
Председателю и членам жюри, включая тех, кто по разным причинам не может прибыть на Kонкурс лично, будет организована онлайн-трансляция всех трех туров. Также Оргкомитет посылает ссылки опубликованных на YouTube видеозаписей всех трех туров целиком на электронную почту всем членам жюри, которые в ответном письме присылают свои оценки, не зная мнения друг друга.
Члены жюри ставят свои подписи в программе редактора PDF в присланных Оргкомитетом на электронную почту Дипломах I, II, III премий, Гран-при и высылают их Оргкомитету обратно.

Жюри оставляет за собой право:
- присуждать не все премии,
- делить премии между участниками III тура (кроме I премии).

По согласованию с Оргкомитетом возможно учреждение специальных и дополнительных премий (нематериального характера) другими государственными, коммерческими, общественными или творческими организациями Российской Федерации. Премии должны быть согласованы с Оргкомитетом не позднее даты начала Конкурса.
Награждения: участники награждаются Дипломами I, II, III Премий и Гран-при с присвоением звания Лауреата. Те участники, кто не стал лауреатом этих премий, будут награждены Дипломами Дипломанта, если жюри согласно.

ПРЕМИИ

Оргкомитет I Международного Конкурса объявляет следующие премии нематериального характера:
Премия Гран-при и звание Лауреата - исполнение Симфонии No 33 Моцарта во 2 отделении Концерта;

I Премия и звание Лауреата – исполнение 1 и 2 частей Симфонии No 44 Гайдна в 1 отделении Концерта победителей;

II Премия и звание Лауреата – исполнение в конце 1 отделения Концерта победителей 4 части Симфонии No 44 Гайдна;

III Премия и звание Лауреата – исполнение в середине 1 отделения Концерта победителей 3 части Симфонии No 44 Гайдна.

Всех Лауреатов конкурса ждет сотрудничество со Столичным симфоническим оркестром в Москве и оркестрами-партнерами Конкурса в Соединенных Штатах Америки.

Участники II тура, не прошедшие на III тур, награждаются грамотами "За участие во II туре" III Международного дирижерского конкурса и получением файла видеозаписи работы с оркестром.

Все участники, прошедшие отбор по видеозаписям и выступившие на I туре, награждаются Почетными грамотами «За участие на в I туре III Международного дирижерского конкурса» и получают видеозапись.

КОНЦЕРТ ПОБЕДИТЕЛЕЙ КОНКУРСА

Концерт Лауреатов I, II, III премий Конкурса пройдет 24 января 2027 года.

Гайдн, Симфония No 44
Моцарт, Cимфония No 33

ОСОБЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ
Участники конкурса не получают гонорар за выступление как на конкурсе, так и за любое дальнейшее использование записей и трансляций этих выступлений.
Организатор Конкурса оставляет за собой все права на трансляцию прослушиваний и заключительного концерта по радио, телевидению и Интернету, а также обладает эксклюзивным правом на аудио- и видеозаписи конкурсных выступлений и их распространение без дополнительного гонорара.
Лауреаты Конкурса обязаны безвозмездно выступить на заключительном концерте конкурса.
Информация о Конкурсе и другие материалы на официальном сайте III Международного дирижерского конкурса www.mdkcco.com являются корректными на момент публикации. Сайт mdkcco - это русская аббревиатура слов названия Конкурса и Оркестра: Международный Дирижерский Конкурс Столичный Симфонический Оркестр.
На время проведения Конкурса участники не должны иметь никаких профессиональных или других обязательств, мешающих или препятствующих их участию в Конкурсе согласно утвержденному графику и порядку жеребьевки.
Все участники, получившие официальное приглашение для участия в I туре, обязаны принять участие в регистрации и жеребьевке, согласно утвержденному Графику проведения Конкурса. Неявка на регистрацию и жеребьевку Конкурса может послужить отказом для участия в Конкурсе.
Отказ от участия после получения официального приглашения принимается только в письменном виде на официальную почту Столичного симфонического оркестра csorchestra@mail.ru.
В случае если участник прошел отбор и получил официальное приглашение для участия в I туре конкурса и в последствии прислал официальный отказ от участия на электронную почту Оркестра, то по решению Председателя и членов жюри может быть допущен к участию в I туре участник, который оказался первым «под чертой» среди непрошедших на I тур. Данное решение принимается членами жюри простым большинством голосов.
Замена в порядке жеребьёвки допускается только по уважительным причинам с разрешения Организатора.

КРАТКАЯ СПРАВКА
III Международный дирижерский конкурс – это конкурс , проводимый ООО "Столичный Симфонический Оркестр" в Москве. Он проводится раз в год с 2025 года.
Цель конкурса – поддержать таланты. Мы надеемся, что с помощью Столичного симфонического оркестра на первом этапе, дирижеры будут выступать с оркестрами на разных континентах.
Столичный симфонический оркестр предлагает свое исполнительское искусство в помощь дирижерам без опыта работы с оркестром, а так же дирижерам с опытом.
Руководитель оркестра гарантирует каждому участнику конкурса взаимодействие с коллективом такого же качества, которые имеет сам.

LOCATION AND DATES OF THE COMPETITION
Three rounds of the Competition will take place at the Irina Arkhipova Concert Hall (in the heart of Moscow, near the Moscow Conservatory) from November 15, 2026, to January 24, 2027. The competition is held once a year.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
To preserve and develop the traditions of symphonic conducting and orchestral performance, to acquire skills in working with an orchestra.

FINANCIAL TERMS
Like other international competitions in Europe and the United States, this competition requires an entry fee, but it is significantly less expensive than Western rates.

In special cases, when the Organizer recognizes conducting talent, but the participant is unable to pay, the Organizer may, as an exception, accept the participant free of charge. The Competition Organizer does not cover travel expenses.

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to conductors and choir directors of all ages from various countries:
practicing choir directors seeking to improve their conducting skills,
students and graduates of various departments at higher music education institutions,
practicing conductors with a degree in opera and symphony conducting,
practicing conductors without a degree in opera and symphony conducting.

Participants should send a link to a video recording to the Orchestra’s email address csorchestra@mail.rut the video must be posted on YouTube, RuTube, Yandex, or Google Drive.

A full or partial performance of a symphonic work with an orchestra is required,
recorded with a single camera during a rehearsal or concert lasting between 3 and 10 minutes.
Video recordings of conducting without an orchestra, recorded with two concertmasters, are also accepted.

ATTENTION!!!
EXCLUSIVE OFFERS FROM THE COMPETITION ORGANIZER
We accept video recordings of participants conducting to a backing track from YouTube, VKontakte, or any other online source. The Organizer fully understands how difficult it is right now to find a symphony orchestra to rehearse with and make a good video recording, so we sincerely wish to help the participants. Given that the Organizer is primarily interested in the contestant’s conducting technique, the eligibility requirements for the Competition have been made somewhat more accessible. Our goal is to ensure that all participants who wish to perform in the Competition are able to do so.
If a video recording is not available, the participant may contact the Organizing Committee via the Competition website, WhatsApp, Telegram, or VKontakte, and submit an application to the “Orchestral Practice for Conductors” department of the “Capital Symphony Orchestra” LLC by phone at +79265589266 to schedule a video recording with the Capital Symphony Orchestra during a rehearsal. Applications may also be submitted via VK to the personal page of the Competition’s Founder, Vladimir Alexandrovich Gorbik. The film crew will produce a recording of the required quality and provide the participant with a video file that may be used in this and other competitions. Applications will be accepted until November 5, 2026.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
Evaluation criteria:
musicality,
knowledge of the score by heart,
ability to maintain eye contact with the orchestra members,
conductors must use a baton and
conduct from the score.

COMPETITION PROCEDURE

Round I: November 15, 2026
Eligible to participate are contestants who have passed the video screening or who have directly participated in Vladimir Gorbik’s monthly masterclasses for a wide range of conductors under the Moscow Symphony Orchestra’s special program “Practice of Working with an Orchestra.” To participate in Round I, each contestant must select one of the four movements of Haydn’s Symphony No. 44 in advance and notify the Organizing Committee. The contestant will rehearse with the orchestra for 15 minutes, working in detail on nuances, tempos, and articulation.

ATTENTION!!!
For those who find it difficult to travel to Moscow, we suggest, if possible, rehearsing with your local orchestra and sending a 15-minute video recording of this rehearsal.
Since this may also prove impossible due to the busy schedules of local orchestras, as
EXCLUSIVE SUPPORT FROM THE ORGANIZER, we suggest recording a video of your work with two concertmasters on one of the movements of this Haydn Symphony, no longer than 15 minutes, and sending it to the Organizing Committee.

Round 2: December 13, 2026
During a 20-minute session, each participant will rehearse and perform, from beginning to end with the orchestra, any one of the four movements of Mozart’s Symphony No. 33.

ATTENTION!!!
For those who find it difficult to travel to Moscow, as
EXCLUSIVE SUPPORT FROM THE ORGANIZER, we offer the option to record a video of your performance with two accompanists (no longer than 20 minutes) and send this video recording to the Organizing Committee.

Round III: January 24, 2027
Four participants who have advanced to Round III are eligible to compete. During each of the three rehearsals leading up to the Competition’s final concert, each finalist will spend 45 minutes working on two movements from Haydn’s Symphony No. 44 or Mozart’s Symphony No. 33, selected by them in a drawing, and prepares for a performance with the orchestra on January 24, 2027, at the Irina Arkhipova Concert Hall.

The order of performances for the first round is determined by a draw held at least one day before the participants’ performances and remains in effect until the end of the third round.
The draw for participation in the first round is held immediately after the conclusion of the Competition’s opening ceremony.
All rounds are held in public.
No later than November 5, 2026, the Organizing Committee will notify all participants that they have advanced to Round I.
After participant registration and the drawing of lots, changes to the competition program are possible only as an exception and with the jury’s approval.

WORK OF THE JURY
The Organizing Committee selects the members of the international jury. The jury’s decision is final and not subject to review or discussion.
The jury has the right to decide to shorten a program or to stop a contestant from performing their program. In the event of a violation of the Competition rules, the jury and the Organizer have the right to disqualify contestants from participating in the Competition.
An online broadcast of all three rounds will be organized for the Chair and members of the jury, including those who, for various reasons, cannot attend the Competition in person. The Organizing Committee will also email links to the full video recordings of all three rounds, published on YouTube, to all jury members, who will then send their scores in a reply email without knowing each other’s opinions.
The jury members sign the PDF versions of the First, Second, and Third Prize Certificates and the Grand Prix Certificate sent by the Organizing Committee via email and return them to the Organizing Committee.

The jury reserves the right to:
- not award all prizes,
- divide prizes among the participants of the third round (except for the first prize).

In consultation with the Organizing Committee, special and additional prizes (of a non-material nature) may be established by other state, commercial, public, or creative organizations of the Russian Federation. Such prizes must be agreed upon with the Organizing Committee no later than the start date of the Competition.
Awards: Participants are awarded Diplomas for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Prizes and the Grand Prix, with the title of Laureate conferred. Participants who do not win these prizes will be awarded Diplomas of Merit if the jury is agreed.

AWARDS

The Organizing Committee of the 1st International Competition announces the following non-monetary awards:
Grand Prix and the title of Laureate – performance of Mozart’s Symphony No. 33 in the second part of the Concert;

First Prize and the title of Laureate – performance of the first and second movements of Haydn’s Symphony No. 44 in the first part of the Winners’ Concert;

Second Prize and the title of Laureate – performance of the fourth movement of Haydn’s Symphony No. 44 at the end of the first part of the Winners’ Concert;

Third Prize and the title of Laureate – performance of the third movement of Haydn’s Symphony No. 44 in the middle of the first section of the Winners’ Concert.

All Laureates of the competition will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Capital Symphony Orchestra in Moscow and the competition’s partner orchestras in the United States of America.

Participants in Round II who do not advance to Round III will be awarded certificates “For Participation in Round II” of the 3rd International Conducting Competition and will receive a video recording of their performance with the orchestra.

All participants who passed the video screening and performed in the first round will be awarded certificates of honor “For Participation in the First Round of the Third International Conducting Competition” and will receive a video recording.

CONCERT BY THE COMPETITION WINNERS

A concert featuring the first-, second-, and third-prize winners of the competition will take place on January 24, 2027.

SPECIAL TERMS
Competition participants will not receive a fee for their performances, either during the competition or for any subsequent use of recordings or broadcasts of these performances.
The Competition Organizer reserves all rights to broadcast the auditions and the final concert on radio, television, and the Internet, and also holds the exclusive right to audio and video recordings of the competition performances and their distribution without additional compensation.
Competition laureates are required to perform at the final concert of the competition free of charge.
Information about the Competition and other materials on the official website of the 3rd International Conducting Competition, www.mdkcco.com, are accurate as of the date of publication. The website mdkcco is the Russian abbreviation of the names of the Competition and the Orchestra: International Conducting Competition – Capital Symphony Orchestra.
During the Competition, participants must not have any professional or other obligations that interfere with or prevent their participation in the Competition in accordance with the approved schedule and draw procedure.
All participants who have received an official invitation to participate in Round I are required to participate in registration and the drawing of lots in accordance with the approved Competition Schedule. Failure to appear for registration and the drawing of lots may result in disqualification from the Competition.
Withdrawals after receiving an official invitation will only be accepted in writing via the Moscow Symphony Orchestra’s official email address: csorchestra@mail.ru.
If a participant has passed the selection process and received an official invitation to participate in the first round of the competition, and subsequently sends an official withdrawal notice to the Orchestra’s email address, the Chair and members of the jury may, at their discretion, admit to the first round the participant who was the first “below the cutoff” among those not selected for the first round. This decision is made by the jury members by a simple majority vote.
Replacements by lottery are permitted only for valid reasons, with the permission of the Competition Organizer.

BRIEF OVERVIEW
The III-rd International Conducting Competition is a competition organized by Capital Symphony Orchestra LLC in Moscow. It has been held annually since 2025.
The goal of the competition is to support talent. We hope that, with the help of the Capital Symphony Orchestra in the first stage, conductors will go on to perform with orchestras on different continents.
The Capital Symphony Orchestra offers its musical expertise to assist conductors with no prior experience working with an orchestra, as well as those with such experience.
The orchestra’s director guarantees that every contestant will receive the same high-quality collaboration from the ensemble that he himself provides.

Maestro Vladimir Gorbik
is the Founder, Artistic Director and Head Conductor of the Capital Symphony Orchestra, a Grammy Award Nominee, a member of the International Union of Music, an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Symphonic and Choral Conducting at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
