1.1. For the purposes of this Offer, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them below:
The Service Provider (The Offeror) — Limited Liability Company Capital Symphony Orchestra, INN 9718078786, OGRN 5177746066383, located at: Apt. 29, Block 3, Bldg. 4A,
5th Podbelskogo Proezd, w/in city terr. Bogorodskoe M.D.,
Moscow, 107150.
The Customer — Any individual who has executed the Acceptance of this Offer.
The Service — Individual Online Masterclass / Consultancy for the score analysis of J. Haydn's Symphony No. 44 and the provision of expert recommendations regarding orchestral conducting technique, scheduled for June 10, 2026, from 14:00 to 15:00.
The Website — The official web platform maintained by the Service Provider at the verified network location: ccog.ru.
2. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
2.1. This active document, permanently available on the Internet, constitutes an official public offer made by the Service Provider to execute a contract for the provision of consultancy services under the terms and conditions set forth below with any individual who completes the Acceptance.
2.2. The Service Provider hereby undertakes to render the Service, and the Customer undertakes to pay for and receive it.
3. ESSENTIAL TERMS OF SERVICE
3.1. Scope of Service: Consultancy services in the format of an individual online masterclass, including the score analysis of J. Haydn's Symphony No. 44 and professional consultancy regarding orchestral conducting technique.
3.2. Format: Remote, executed via digital videoconferencing on the ZOOM platform.
3.3. Location of the Service Provider: Official corporate seat or remote node at: 80A Pleshcheyevskaya St., Kriushkino village, Pereslavl District, Yaroslavl Oblast, 152044, Russian Federation.
3.4. Cost of Service: 100,000 RUB (One Hundred Thousand Russian Rubles and 00 Kopecks).
4. CONTRACT EXECUTION PROTOCOLS
4.1. To execute this Contract, the Customer shall complete the following consecutive steps:
a) review the text of this Offer on the Website;
b) complete the checkout procedure for the Service;
c) execute a 100% advance payment of the total Cost of Service.
4.2. This Contract shall be deemed legally executed and effective from the exact moment the monetary funds transmitted by the Customer are credited to the bank account of the Service Provider.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. The Service Provider undertakes to render the Service personally and in strict alignment with professional standards. The Consultant acts as an independent contractor performing intellectual services; no employment relationship is established between the Parties.
5.2. The Customer undertakes to pay the full cost of the Service.
5.3. In the event of cancellation initiated by the Customer following the execution of payment, the transferred monetary funds shall remain strictly non-refundable.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER (EXECUTION)
6.1. The formal Acceptance of this Offer shall be constituted explicitly by the execution of payment for the Cost of Service by the Customer.
6.2. By completing the payment transaction, the User hereby executes unconditional acceptance of this Offer and shall be recognized as the Customer under this Contract.
7. CONCLUDING PROVISIONS
7.1. This Contract becomes effective upon its formal execution in compliance with Clause 4.2 and remains active until both Parties have fully satisfied their respective performance obligations.
7.2. The Parties explicitly recognize the full legal force and validity of any documents and contract counterparts executed remotely and exchanged electronically via scanned copies (including transmissions via electronic mail or secure messenger systems). Such documents shall be deemed structurally equivalent to hard-copy instruments bearing original handwritten signatures.
7.3. For all procedural matters and legal relations not explicitly governed by this Offer, the Parties shall be directed strictly by the laws of the Russian Federation.
7.4. The statutory registration data and corporate credentials of the Service Provider are fully detailed in Section 1 of this Offer.
